Gratitude

On the bus last night a man sat beside me. He said he'd just finished his shift as a bus driver and was looking forward to going home to unwind. I asked how he relaxed and he said listening to music and eating. I said I unwound by watching television.

I told my friend how grateful I was for the excellent bus services we have in London and I thanked him for the part he played. He said, "For you, anything."

He said that London is one of the greatest cities in the world and people are too busy complaining to recognise what we have.

Too right. London is a fantastic place to be.

I'm so grateful for London and the people I share it with.
I'm so grateful for the world.
I'm so grateful for the universe.
I'm so grateful for life.
I'm so grateful for being me.
